A.  Tell us about yourself :

In this question, interviewer don't want to know that all is there is your resume, answer in such a way that speaks out your confidence and knowledge. One may include following points on this question -

  • Likes/dislikes etc.
B. Why are you interested for this role/job?

At this point, interviewer is interested to know that at what extent you are determined to get this job. You can tell him that how your adjectives and skills are matching with the job requirements and how much knowledge do you have about the job they are offering you.

C. What are your short term and long term goals?

By term goals, an interviewer would like to judge your abilities and thought process you have for your current and future career planning also how this will impact the working and revenue of the company/organisation.

D. Tell us about your flexibility and consistency towards your job.

Here an interviewer wants to know that what will be the dedication towards your job if you will get hired. It also includes:

  • Work beyond working hours

E. Why should we hire you?

This could be the last question from interviewer's end, here the interviewer wants to know how you are different with other 1000 applicants, what will be the profit if they will hire you instead of other candidates.

Hopefully, all the above matter will give the insight to understand the interviewer and his expectations from your side and ultimately this will help you to crack Interview rounds successfully.
