How to present yourself during HR round or in front of recruiter is extremely important. In some cases you have abundant of knowledge and even resources but the crucial point is how you are representing yourself in a crowd so that you are enough to attract all the desired attention.

How to present yourself becomes more important when you are sitting on the chair of a candidate, so we will discuss on various points  one by one to get the details on how to represent yourself in front of the recruiter or HR of the company :

      

A. Be courteous - Its not all about interview thing, one need to be courteous in a day to day life. Being courteous includes -

  • Knocking the door before entering
  • Sit straight and properly
  • Greet the interviewer
  • Listen before speak
  • Be humble                                          
B. Be clear and concise - Its important to be clear and concise while speaking in front of the recruiter. Try to speak to the point answers with a clearity, it will also help in avoiding mistakes in your conversation.
How to present yourself during HR round or in an interview, it needs ur concise and relevant answers against interviewer's question, it will save time too for both the parties.

C. Eye contact - Well this might seems very less important but no you are mistaken. Eye contact with your recruiter or interviewer portrayed your confidence, genuinty and your interest in the interview. So make sure when you are in front of the recruiter to have a proper eye contact. 
There is a saying, 'Eyes are the windows to the soul'.
So let your soul also speak about yourself.
 
D. Eye on details - After eye contact, eye on details is truly worthy. Many times, interviewer gives you situation based questions or need calculative answers so its very important to provide the answer after proper analysis and that will be possible only if you are a person with eye on details attitude. 

There are so many things you can learn about.
But you’ll miss the best things if you keep your eyes shut. 
 

To make it simple you can pen down the important points of the interviewer and then taking your 2 minutes for analysis, you can start with your working, this will create a positive impact on interviewer's mind.

E. Body language and gestures A good stance and posture reflect a proper state of mind.” 

This saying in favour of the context that body language is a crucial part of how to present yourself in an interview. Your body language also speaks thousand of things about yourself, it is also said that "A strong confident person can rule the room with knowledge, personal  style attitude and great posture.” So always reflect a positive body language in front of interviewer. While gesture is a movement of part of the body, especially a hand or the head, to express an idea or meaning.
Its important to have a synchronization in between what you are saying and how your body parts giving you support to make yourself more understandable.

So, how to present yourself during HR round or in  front to a recruiter is an art of displaying a better version of you.
