Tips for Interview

  1. Be Confident : The main key to get shortlisted in the interview is be confident. In case you don't have a specific answer to the interviewer's question then one must need not to be worried or nervous, its definitely not important that you know everything so all you need to have confidence to confront the fact that yes I don't have any information on this certain question. This will give a positive feedback about you to the interviewer.
      2. Well Groomed & Well Dressed-up : This tip also portrayed that how much well prepared you are for the interview. So how can you cover this step, just have look:

  • Boys - Clean shave, formal shirt and pant, clean formal shoes with color match-up with belt, if possible a tie also and decent hair do.
  • Girls - Formal shirt pant or kurtis, formal shoes, tied hairs.
So plz follow the above tip to dress up yourself for an interview.

        3. Be Punctual - As William Shakespeare said that            "Better three hours too soon than a minute too late"
    
        This point is utmost important as this will create your first impression on the interviewer. So be on time always or much better if you will reach the venue before time.

        4. Carry your CV - Whether its mandatory or not, always carry your curriculum vitae with you. You need to be very specific also as far as your CV is concerned because its all about yourself that is mentioned in your CV so don't give any vague answers if the interviewer questions you on that. With a handy resume, you will able to give a look also before Interview.

        5. Practice some common Interview questions - There are certain questions which a recruiter will definitely ask like :

  • Introduction
  • About company
  • About job description
  • Strength and skills
  • Joining period
  • Salary expectations
  So above are the expected questions that you will definitely encounter with, it would be great to practice these questions pro-actively so that your confidence also boost up.

        6. Prepare smart questions for your interviewer also - Before winding up the interview, you can also ask some questions from the recruiter to have proper understanding of your job role and responsibilities and also to create a smart impression on recruiter, questions could be like: 
  •  Detailed job responsibilities
  • Department and team
  • Working hours and shift
  • Performance management process
  • Feedback  etc
